Cycling holidays in Chile

Crossing the Andes from Argentina to reach Chile might not seem like a leisurely cycling holiday, but with an E bike, believe us it is! We have carefully crafted this itinerary to follow an old trading route that uses several lakes found in this part of the Southern Andes. Travelling by foot and boat as well as bike, you will discover the scenery is dramatic throughout with snow capped mountains, emerald lakes and volcanic peaks giving stunning panoramas. With magnificent forests boasting 400 year old trees and covering the slopes to the snow line, the scene is lush and particularly so in Chile.

With your guide smoothing your way across the border - perhaps like us you will find the Chilean border guard asleep, you reach rich pasture land, verdant wildflowers and wide rivers. Volcanoes come into view and colourfully painted timber houses line the lake shores.
